Nexpoh! either directly or indirectly will not use nor communicate any confidential client information for any purpose other than that required for the fulfilment of the client's services as agreed.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Identifiable information supplied by the client will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
All work completed by Nexpoh! will remain on file for a period of 6 months and will thereafter be destroyed.
Nexpoh! would have no objection to signing a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement if required.
Nexpoh! are registered with the ICO – The Information Commissioner’s Office.
